The 2023 Annual Meeting is quickly approaching, and if you are looking for information on the Informational Hearing or Annual Meeting, it can be found here. Below are the voter warning with ballot items, sample ballots, budget information, and charter amendments. This information can also be found below or on the annual meeting page.
A public informational hearing on the Articles to be voted on at City Annual Meeting will be held on April 10, 2023, at 6:00 PM online only (according to 17 V.S.A. § 2680). No voting will take place during this hearing. If you wish to make a public comment but do not have the ability to comment remotely during the meeting, please email your comment(s) to the City Manager at admin@essexjunction.org. Information on joining the meeting can be found on the City Council page.
The 2023 City Annual Meeting will be held entirely by Australian ballot on April 11, 2023, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Champlain Valley Exposition in the Blue Ribbon Pavilion, 105 Pearl Street
