Stop by the Winnie Bell Maker Space in Youth Nonfiction to try our December STEM Challenge: Using collage materials and your imagination, design and construct a house then explore what home means to you. Share your creation with neighbors and friends by adding it to our cozy neighborhood, which will be the centerpiece of the library’s train at Train Hop. This program is made possible with support from the Winnie Bell Learned Fund and it is open to all ages! It is also inspired by this year’s Vermont Read, Gather, by Vermont educator Kenneth Cadow. Check out a copy of the book at the youth desk and join the state-wide conversation about this amazing book!
