- Vote in person at your usual polling place on May 7th from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. – For city residents, it will be the Blue Ribbon Pavilion Building at Champlain Valley Exposition.
- Request an absentee/mail ballot by emailing clerks@essexjunction.org or call 802-878-6944 option 7. You can also request online at https://mvp.vermont.gov/
- Ballots that have been requested will be mailed as soon as they are available (which may be very close to Election Day). An outside ballot drop box will be installed at the city office complex (2 Lincoln Street) for returning mailed ballots.
- Vote early in the city office during normal business hours (M-F, 8-4:30) between April 29th and May 6th.
- If you requested and received an absentee/mail ballot, you can take it to the polls with you on May 7th between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Voted ballots will be collected at the polling locations and brought together for co-mingling and tabulating after 7:00 p.m. on May 7th. The location of the ballot tabulation is 81 Main Street, Essex Junction (Town of Essex office building).
