The Essex Junction Board of Trustees on Oct. 8, 2019 adopted a revision to Village Municipal Code, Chapter 8, An Ordinance Relating to Motor Vehicle Regulations, Section 802, subject to petition. With the revision to the ordinance, there shall be no parking of motor vehicles, of any kind, within the public right-of-way on Lincoln Street on the west side from Prospect Street to a point northerly for a distant of 150 feet. The distance was previously 75 feet.
