This spring, the Village Tree Advisory Committee, in conjunction with Branch Out Burlington, is offering a Tree Keeper Training.
The training session is led by Brian Sullivan and Derrek Eckhardt, an experienced urban forester and certified arborist. The program will cover information on how a tree grows, where and how to plant a tree, and how to prune and care for your trees correctly. We hope this training session will help the public take care of trees where ever they are. All attendees will receive a coupon for a free bag of compost from Green Mountain Compost. Attendees will be entered into the drawing for a free tree!
