Utility bills were mailed this week and are due by March 25, 2025. All payments must be received by the due date on your bill; postmarks will not be accepted. If you have bill pay set up through your bank, please ensure they know the payment must be received by the due date to be considered on time.
Please be advised that the City has been notified of delays in mail delivery at the Essex Post Office. Residents can request a copy of their bills from either the Utility or Clerk’s office. To do so, please email utility@essexjunction.org or Clerks@essexjunction.org or call 802-878-6944 and select option 6 or 7.
The City offers several payment options.
- Sign up for automatic payments using the form included with your water bill.
- Pay online
- Pay in person at the City Clerk's office at 2 Lincoln Street during regular hours (Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm). The City Offices are currently located in the Senior Center Building (the white building attached to the City Offices).
- Drop your payment after hours in the drop boxes at 2 Lincoln Street.
- Mail your payment to 2 Lincoln Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452.
