Flooding Impacts:
There are currently no streets within the City limits that are of concern for flooding at this time. The Public Works Department is monitoring the City streets closely, and the City will report any potential issues.

Project Impacts:
The Main Street Waterline and Crescent Connector projects have yet to be significantly impacted by the storm, and operations continue at each project location. The contractor for the Brickyard Culvert project has been called upon to provide emergency assistance as needed in response to the storms. They will return on July 18 or 19 to continue work on this project.

Waste Water Treatment Facility Impacts:
The Winooski River was projected to reach a severe flood stage between 12 and 3 this afternoon. At this time, the river is still inside its banks. The facility is operating well, and a crew will remain onsite after 3:30 pm to monitor the Winooski River and any impacts on the facility. In the past, the high school pump station has flooded, and as a precautionary measure, staff installed floodgates yesterday at Indian Brook. At this time, the water has not reached the level of the floodgates.

Stormwater Impacts:
So far, there has been no impact on the stormwater system. Again, this is being monitored closely by the Public Works Department, and the City will report any potential issues.
