The Essex Junction City Office has received inquiries regarding ballots for the General election on November 5, 2024.
- The State of Vermont will begin mailing ballots to ALL ACTIVE REGISTERED VOTERS on September 23, 2024, to the mailing address on file.
- Barring any postal delays, voters should receive their ballot by October 4.
- Voters can return their ballot by mail, deliver it to the City Office through November 4, or return it at the polls on voting day.
- There is a drop box available for ballots delivered after hours (through November 4).
- All ballots received by 7 pm on November 5 will be counted. Please allow sufficient time if you mail your ballot.
