Utility bills were mailed on Thursday, June 27, 2024, with a due date of July 29, 2024. All payments must be received by the due date on your bill. Postmarks will not be accepted.
If you have bill pay set up through your bank, please make sure they are aware of when payment needs to be received to be considered on time.
The City offers several payment options:
- Sign up for automatic payments by using the form included with your water bill or HERE.
- Pay online.
- Pay in person at the City Clerk’s office at 2 Lincoln Street during regular hours (Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm). Starting July 10, 2024, The City Offices will be relocated to the Senior Center Building (the white building attached to the City Offices).
- Drop your payment after hours in the drop boxes at 2 Lincoln Street.
- Mail your payment to 2 Lincoln Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452.
