Utility Bills Due November 30, 2023

Utility bills were mailed on Monday, October 30, 2023, with a due date of N​​​​​​​o​​​​​​​v​​​​​​​e​​​​​​​m​​​​​​​b​​​​​​​e​​​​​​​r​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​30​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​, 2023. 

Unfortunately, the telephone number on the bill was incorrect. The correct phone number for questions about your City of Essex Junction utility bill is 802-878-6944 x 1618 or you can email utility@ essexjunction.org

Please disregard the phone number on the bill and use the information provided above.

In addition, some of the wording about penalties is incorrect. Payments must be received in the office by November 30, 2023, regardless of postmark. Payments received after November 30^th will be charged a one-time penalty of 5%.

If you have bill pay set up through your bank, please make sure they are aware of when payment needs to be received to be considered on time.

The City offers several payment options:

• Sign up for automatic payments by using the form included with your water bill or HERE.
• Pay online.
• Pay in person at the City Clerk’s office at 2 Lincoln Street during regular hours (Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm).
• Drop your payment after hours in the drop boxes at 2 Lincoln Street.
• Mail your payment to 2 Lincoln Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452.
